Affiliate Marketing Secrets

I need to get a letter of medical necessity from my doctor so I can get a rolfing procedure done at a chiro/rolfing office not affiliated with said doctor. I need the letter of med. necessity so I can use my health care reimbursement account, pre-tax medical funds taken out of my work pay check, to pay for it.
My question: what sort things should I say to my doctor so I ‘seal the deal’ and get said letter out of him/her? I was just going to talk about my stiff neck and back and my chiro. and spinal health history but I was hoping for some key talking points to make my case.

I went to the office in my college today and requested for a certificate from the principal saying that I am in my final year and that my exams would be over within a year. It also had to mention that my Date of birth was so and so as per the college records and that the college was affiliated to so and so university. The Principal forwarded me to an officer in the exams section.However the officer in charge declined to do so stating that he wasn’t a ghazetted officer to verify my date of birth (though nobody asked him to verify it and he was only asked to check the college records and confirm it!) . I agreed to this and asked about the affiliation part of the certificate to which he said that he would not give me that too and asked me to go to the admissions office and get that part . What do you think I should do now?? should I be satisfied with what he gives or should I seek some sort of redressal?

PHILADELPHIA (CBS/AP/KYW) Dr. Kermit Gosnell, a Philadelphia doctor, his wife and eight other suspects are now under arrest following a grand jury investigation.
Gosnell faces eight counts of murder in the deaths of a woman following a botched abortion at his office, along with the deaths of seven babies who, prosecutors allege, were born alive following illegal late-term abortions and were then killed with scissors, reports CBS affiliate KYW.
Gosnell, 69, made millions of dollars over 30 years, performing as many illegal, late-term abortions as he could, prosecutors said. State regulators ignored complaints about him and failed to visit or inspect his clinic since 1993, but no charges were warranted against them, District Attorney Seth Williams said.
Gosnell “induced labor, forced the live birth of viable babies in the sixth, seventh, eighth month of pregnancy and then killed those babies by cutting into the back of the neck with scissors and severing their spinal cord,” Williams said.
The grand jury report states that Gosnell’s office was filthy; cat litter was apparently found inside the office.
Four of the suspects, some improperly licensed, also face multiple counts of murder for allegedly killing the newborns. All of the suspects are now behind bars after warrants were served overnight.
Gosnell, who has practiced in the West Philadelphia neighborhood for decades, is also the target of a federal grand jury investigation into illegally prescribing prescription drugs.
The doctor, in past interviews with KYW, has proclaimed his innocence, predicting if charged, he will be acquitted.
Authorities went to investigate drug-related complaints at the clinic last year and stumbled on what Williams called a “house of horrors.”
“There were bags and bottles holding aborted fetuses were scattered throughout the building,” Williams said. “There were jars, lining shelves, with severed feet that he kept for no medical purpose.”
The clinic was shut down and Gosnell’s medical license was suspended after the raid.
Gosnell is also the target of a federal grand jury investigation for allegedly illegally prescribing prescription drugs. Investigators say during a search of his home they found $240,000 in cash.
Gosnell has been named in at least 10 malpractice suits, including one over the death of a woman who died of sepsis and a perforated uterus.

The Republicans are the ones who did not make the Bush tax cuts permanent because they knew that they were unsustainable. Reagan slashed taxes on the rich dramatically in the 80’s and then had to re raise them 3 years later because they almost tanked the economy. Republicans know their polices dont work yet insist upon them.
If niche issues are your issues in this election the way to get abortion rates down is through education and standard of living which the platform does not believe in because they’re against minimum wage, workers rights (unions are built the middle class) and equality. My brother is a pastor who believes Christians are getting lazy preferring to dictate over winning hearts and minds by actually ministering. America is not a theocracy it is a Democracy slashed Republic experiment. Lets not forget China is a Republic and they censor and suppress the hell out of their people the way modern Republicans want to do law abiding citizens here.

He knows as well has environmentalist that fracking and drilling is what setting record earthquakes and he knows the day he signs the Keystone pipeline gas prices will soar to unprecedented levels. We were suppose to have a 10 trillion dollar surplus by now and lightspeed rail all over the country. We are way behind. i grew up watching the Jetsons I want to see the cars hovering off the ground lol. Republicans refuse to move this country in the future which is what its going to take to move population headed towards 400 million people, Conservatism is holding this country back.

There is no justification whatsoever for colonisation. It was bad and its effects are still directly being felt by the affected countries. Now, I have previously seen people [especially Britons] who try to justify this EVIL with very baseless arguments. First, the world would have independently adapted to any necessary changes AT THEIR WILL e.g, did China have to colosise the world for it to use fireworks [sulphur], printing e.t.c. mmh? If I discover something does my country have to force it onto other people for them to use it LIKE ITS THE ONLY WAY mmh? Actually, if you have observed the non-colonised countries have easily and successifully adapted any changes and ideologies they feel necessary, without any unnecessary disruption, be it from Britain or wherever way faster andbetter than the colonised ones and still maintained their pride. Furthermore, the discoveries and ideologies from Britain could have been developed independently by other people, who knows, its just that they were first bumped into by the Brits. Secondly, arguing that since other countries that did as the Brits did haven’t apologised yet is just out of logic. Do you apologise because others apologise or do you do it because its the RIGHT THING TO DO? And if you really need masses for comfort then you would be happy to know that the Japanese govt formally apologised to South Korea for the damages, physically, psychologically and for hurting their pride for selfish gain Colombia did the same to its indeginous people.I personaly think colonisation actually denies the former colonies development in a psychological way in that its hard to adapt necessary changes that are British in origin in and vital to any human being [well since we occupy the same ‘niche’] without the fear of indirectly justifying colonisation in the expense of thier pride and identity that was lost during forced control by Britain. Get it? It’s kind of like a feeling of betraying yourself or something… its all psychology. Being related to a country that has been ‘hurt’ in this way is what makes these problems recurrent, affecting generations that were not physically there during the actual colonisation period. Your home country also forms a huge part of an individual you know.Apologising would be a symbol of undoing that and I am sure it would be in order and would greatly help the affected people to efficiently move on. The current British govt. is responsible since although the individuals who did this may be dead or out of office, they acted in the capacity of their govt. Also if the current govt. can automaticaly claim the achivements and the possessions aquired by the previous govts, it therefore automatically behave as a SINGLE ENTITY despite the chaging of individuals in office, therefore using the same ‘rule’, it automatically is also responsible for the wrongs of THE GOVT., otherwise it would be double standards on its part. I am not implying that every Briton should go around apologising or anything, but the govt. itself. Yes I agree that part of the problem may be within the countries themselves but the British govt. has a BIG part to play too and I think a FORMAL apology would be in oder. Plus it would be an HONERABLE THING Britain to do instead of burying its head in the sand and pretending while EVERYTHING is as clear as broad daylight to any logical person. It is also very risky for the future of Britain if it doesn’t face up to their history; things will one way or another catch up to Britain [for every ACTION, there is an equal REACTION]. Apart from this why else woulnd’t the British govt apologise? p.s. sorry for the grammatical erros.
