Do ethnic Korean-Japanese (Korean heritage born in Japan) people tend to keep Korean last (family) names, or adopt Japanese ones?
What about first (given) names?
Does this differ depending on whether the Korean-Japanese is affiliated with North Korea or South Korea?
What percentage of Korean-Japanese go to special Korean schools in Japan?
Do those Korean school students all have Korean-style dress uniform for the female students? Or is that just North Korean schools in Japan?

What’s a realistic limit? For both, a starter website, and for a well-established one, with a good online presence.

I feel like there’s this wall between starting my idea for a niche social network & finding a coder or web developer. (This is my third question about this subject). I don’t want to use those sites that have a basic social network all set up for you. They are crap, am I wrong? I need 1-3 good coders & a good web designer. I don’t want to find a company full of coders & designers because I cannot pay one up front. I will already have to pay for a domain name & eventually find investors. I’m not asking for a coder to work FOR me for free, I’m trying to find one to work WITH me who would eventually make a percentage of the eventual royalties. Most likely they would have a larger percentage than I would since they did a lot of the time-consuming work.
Is this possible to find a coder & web designer willing to do this?? If yes, should I try to find one through people I know? Where else could I look? Should I post on Craigslist? Should I have my idea perfectly written & planned on paper first (already in the process)? Should I skip all this & try to sell my idea to Google? lol
I’m totally clueless about the creation of a good social network, so be gentle.

I just wanted to know how often this occurred before they started the Dominican Prospect League. I know that the A’s got Michael Ynoa back in 2008 but he went to an academy that wasnt affiliated with an MLB team.
I was wondering how rare it is that a prospect from the DR sign with a different team once he becomes eligible at 16.
And just as a side question if anyone knows a roundabout percentage of how many of these kids actually stay in school while they attend an academy that’d be great.
I know the Mets, Pirates, and Indians make sure of this but not so sure about others. Any knowledge would be appreciated
