Like on YouTube. Where you can earn money from making good videos and people subscribing. Is Facebook also doing that with popular pages? If not can you name other websites that do?

Is there a way I can put a trademarked logo of a popular company on something I intend to sell as kind of a parody? Can I just include a disclaimer stating that I’m not affiliated or associated with the company? If not, what can I do to make it legal if at all possible?

Considering various programming languages to learn in my field and I am wondering which would be a better path to take: learn a popular language that is widely used and there is high demand for, but there is also a lot of competition for (Java for example) OR learn a more niche language that fewer people know thereby increasing my unique skills, but which there is also less demand for (Python, for example)

does the ps3 rule in japan ? are backup managers popular ?
if so which One’s.
are the japanese consumers happy that sony will get screwed over in the near future ?
(due to security issues: and by that i mean freedom to install any OS i see fit)
otherwise, is there some other popular console we don’t know of in the west ?
last question =) what’s the gaming scene in japan like ? projections for the future ?

Hey I need to find a bunch of popular-ish songs (WITH MUSIC VIDEOS) that have the same name as the album and im struggling a tad.
An example: “Born To Die” by Lana Del Ray off the album “Born to die”
Only conditions are they must have an official video and must be relatively popular-ish nothing to niche.
Doesn’t matter how old they are and the genre could be anything (Rap, Rock, Rnb, Country…. ect)
Any links or tittles you could give would be appreciated.
