Im currently 23weeks pregnant and work for a very large company in the UK. I have applied for a Marketing job which last 3months that never comes up in another area of the company that doesnt know im pregnant (but HR does). I want this job so bad and i believe i have a good shot of getting it. Everyone i have asked has told me that i should keep my pregnancy quiet due to discrimation against pregnant women. But i have gotten to know the department im apply for who have helped me out to get the job interview but i dont want to be dishonest as they have been so good to me. Should I tell them and risk not getting the job on the fact im pregnant or should i keep it a secret and if i manage to get the job then tell them?

Ok my girlfriend had an awkward period that lasted 12 days. That ended on april 30 and we had sex on may 1. Yesterday may 12 she had a stomach ache that didn’t last long. And now today may 13 she sees a little blood affiliated with some cramping. What is up? We also used condoms, and filled it water after use to find there was no tear or hole in them.

Hi,
My gf is about to have our baby and we had to switch doctors pretty late into the pregnancy due to insurance changes that caused some problems. We chose a OBGYN with 32 years exp, had some good reviews online from patients. Two things are worrying me though, #1 he had his license revoked at one point by the State of California for not discovering a tumor in a patient which lead to her death and her babies. I know it sounds very scary but in a 32 year career I’m sure every doctor makes mistakes, but still it’s a big one and does scare me. Second he went to a school called armed forces medical college india, I can’t find a rating on this school and every web site boasts how great it is, but they all seem to be sites either run by the hospital or affiliated with it in some way so of coarse they would say that it’s a great school. Anyone familiar with this school? is it any good? Thank you for your help, I have to get moving on this quickly here and these two things just don’t sit well with me.

Here’s the deal:
About 4 years ago, I noticed a mass on the front of my throat. It moved up and down as I swallowed, almost as if it were attached to my Adam’s apple. It was painful to the touch and when I swallowed or yawned. I went to an ENT doctor who did a biopsy. He determined that the mass was not on or affiliated with my thyroid. He sat me in a chair and stuck a needle in my neck to suck out some of the contents of the mass (not very fun at all). His nurse put the contents on a slide, prepared it right away, and looked at it under a microscope in his office. They both determined that the mass was cystic and benign. I was scheduled for surgery to remove it the next day. That night, I went home and prayed hard that I wouldn’t have to go into surgery. The thought terrified me. I had an ultrasound scheduled at about 10 am the next morning. I woke up and felt my throat, and there was no mass anymore. I told my mom, and she called the doctor. He still wanted me to come in for the ultrasound to determine if it was still there. I went in for it, but the ultrasound tech. couldn’t find anything. So, they released me and there was never any surgery.
Now, just a few days ago, the mass is back. It’s the same pain, and it’s in the exact same spot. It moves with my Adam’s apple, and it hurts when I touch it. I’m going to be calling the doc to get this all figured out soon. But, I thought I’d get some opinions. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Has anyone ever experienced this before?
