Specifically, I am asking about this company (http://www.rent-a-list.com) I wish to e-mail people with my affiliate link for a YouTube marketing program. (http://www.tubetoolbox.com/?Secure=A2316)
Some people say that buying e-mail lists does not create buyers so that is why I am asking.

I Didnt want to be too paranoid but i recently started doing my own youtube channel and a website named gameholds has already come to be offering an affiliate program, now i’m not saying instantly that its not safe but its better to be safe than sorry when it comes to things like this.

Do you mean a website to market affiliate products or market your own products with an affiliate program.
If its the former using the WordPress script on a self-hosted web is the easiest to use. If its the latter their are a lot of scripts for affiliate management from say US$40.00 to $,000s – just google for them.

Greetings! I’m Mahesh, a student of a private engineering college in Chennai, which is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. I want to do MS in USA or Canada. But, I have 5 arrears currently, which will be cleared this time, hopefully. Also, I have had a lot of arrears during my first 3 years of engineering. All of my previous arrears have been cleared within 2-3 semesters. Now, only this 5. So, is it possible for me to do MS program in USA or Canada? If no, is there any way through which I can do my MS program there? Also, with these conditions, is it possible for me do MS in Europe?
