Are You Pro-choice Or Pro-life?

Pro-life – strictly against abortions, unless the baby is from rape/incest
Pro-choice – the belief that what women do with their babies is up to them, and if they want an abortion they can get one.
Please note that it doesn’t have to be affiliated with religion, just what you think is right. (:

How Religious Are The University Of San Diego And Pepperdine University?

I know that all religiously affiliated colleges are different, but has anyone gone there or know how each one works? I’m really interested in both but i am not so interested in having to do any religious work. A class or two is okay, but religion isn’t really my thing. thanks!

Getting Married To A Catholic But I’m Not Religious.?

My girlfriend is Roman-Catholic, and recently we were talking about getting married. I do not practice any religion, and do not want to affiliate with any religion. She told me that I absolutely have to get confirmed to get married to her (since she wants it to be in a Catholic church). But I do not want to be confirmed. I am not prepared nor have the interest in giving that commitment to the church. We both have strong feelings about our sides. She also told me that just because I get confirmed doesn’t mean that I have to go to church or give that commitment. So I asked what is the point of doing it in the first place? She is confirmed, but does not go to church or really practice. She also said that getting married outside of a Catholic church would “disown me from my family”. I have no problem getting married in a church…
Is it possible for us to get married, still in a Catholic church, without me being confirmed?
Any advice/help is appreciated… just please don’t preach to me, nothing is going to change mine or my girlfriends mind on our feelings of religion.

Atheists, Would You Go To A Catholic College If You Received An Impressive Scholarship?

The college is private and is affiliated with Catholicism. It is rather liberal in regards to religion and does not require students to be religious. Teaches evolution, rejects literal creationism, and is a well-respected institution.

Jw’s Are Reporting Questions That Are Critical Of Their Religion? Why Are They The Only Ones Above Criticism?

When someone leaves the organization, they become disfellowshipped even if they leave the organization in good standing. They do not want anyone hearing anything that is critical of the Watctower Bible & Tract Society. Now, they are trying to silence people on websites such as Y/A, a website that is not owned or affiliated with the WTBS. Don’t believe me?
