Are there any standard software packages that property management companies use for working with homeowner associations that include a system for allowing each association members to create trouble-tickets (issue management) and maintain community message boards, store documents and budgets.
Cloud computing companies like mine ( http://wwww.same-page.com ) are often general purpose instead of market specific software. If there is no real competitors in this niche (homeowner association software) how would I go about reach this target market?

Hi – I own a store which is about to expand and will now have quite a large section I can dedicate to be a bit more of a ’boutique’.
Could I ask your opinion on which niche handbag/accessory manufacturer you would love to see in your local high street boutique? I dont want anything that can be too easily found in any old store (ie John Lewis!) and it cant really be high end stuff either like Gucci etc. Lovely leather, designs and not stupid prices.
Just to give an idea one brand that currently does really well is Blondie Mania. Longchamp is interesting me too at the moment but not sure if they would go in an independant like me.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated and if you get in touch i could give you a good deal on something! If you’re nice!
Thanks

Store Stacker is a new software package that assists in creating websites to market affiliate products and services. It was designed to make affiliate marketing faster, easier and profitable. Here is my honest review.
There are literally thousands of ways to earn income on the internet and one of the most common is through affiliate marketing. In short this means the promotion of other companies websites and products through your website. There are millions of products and services that can be sold via this platform. All you have to do is build a site and pick the products you want to promote and you are off and running. Store Stacker is a sophisticated script program that can be used to create web stores. The program includes; unlimited domains license, template creation engine, new affiliate plug in, cron automation, pages support and content and videos to promote your site. This is not a membership website, so you will need to purchase your own domain and hosting services.
The cost of Store Stacker ranges from $96 to $221. You get every affiliate site with the $221 package. Now all you have to do is build your site and watch the money start rolling in. Again, since this is not a membership site, you will earn 100% commissions on all products sold. The system is essentially hands free after you set up your site and use the automated update portion of the software. The company provides SEO training and ongoing support to move your website up in the sort order. Now all you need is traffic and you will be successful.
Store Stacker is a legitimate program to start an affiliate marketing venture. This is a very lucrative way to earn on the world wide web and will continue to grow in popularity. You will still need to monitor the website and continue your marketing efforts to drive significant traffic to your site. Continue learning the proven methods of successful internet marketing and your business will thrive. Good luck and prosper!

If there is one problem that I have seen more often than any other, it is that people come online with the thought that they are going to be able to sell everything to everybody. The unfortunate thing is, many of them end up giving up out of frustration because what generally happens is that they are unable to sell anything to anybody at all. Even though the Internet gives you the opportunity of starting an online home business that is unlike any other, it is still going to require that you follow some basic principles in order to get it to work well.
A good way to illustrate this is to tell you how somebody would do their shopping when they were visiting a local department store. Even though they are going in to pick up the latest CD from their favorite band, a few things may catch their eye on the way back to that department. For example, they see a shirt that they like and they put it into their shopping carts, followed by some matching pants and perhaps a pair of shoes. They then remember that they need some bread and milk, so they swing by the grocery department and end up with half a basket full of items. After picking up the CD, they see some batteries and razors at the checkout counter, which also end up on the checkout belt. This is the way that sales generally work in a department store.
On the Internet, however, it is completely different. People search for something specific, such as the latest CD from their favorite band. They follow a link to a webpage and if the CD is available, they may purchase it. If it is not available, however, they back out of that webpage, never to return again.
When you are running an online affiliate business, you need to keep your business focus as narrow as possible. Do not try selling products to individuals when they are not looking for those products. If you have an existing audience, focus on the affiliate programs that are directly related to that audience. If you do not yet have an existing audience, choose one affiliate program and begin building an audience around it. The more you are able to narrow your focus, the better of an opportunity you will have of starting an online home business successfully.
