Im looking for a nikon d7000 and saw this link : http://www.walmartstoreltd.com/products.… on google shopping, this is a insanely low price because this is at least 50% off the price in the store, so I looked at their contact info and I emailed them and they then invited me to a gmail chat and explained they are affiliated with the real walmart and it is not a scam but told me the deal ened the next day, but the deal is still on is this a scam

I had applied online for an “AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM CARD” and got a reply that said someone would be contacting me. About a week later I got a call that said my online application had been approved and I was going to be receiving an “EXPRESS PLATINUM CARD” with a credit limit of $5,000. If I would like to get this card then I needed to pay the first years fee’s of $99. I said ok. They read off my bank account information and that was that. Two weeks later I didn’t receive my card so I called their number 800-887-2636 and was told that they are an online shopping store and the credit is with their store only and they are not affiliated with American Express. I ask for a refund and was told that there is no refunds. I ask for a copy of our recorded phone conversation and was told that it was not in their policy to do so. I had to close my bank account (incase they try to take more money) and file a form to try to recover the money. I am trying to file a complaint with the BBB but you have to have an address and I have tried calling them back and they put me on hold for hours then hang up. Google does not pull up any address…just other peoples complaints. Anyone else go thru this?

I just recently got a new job and I’ve only been working for 4 days now yesterday was the opening of the store. We had 3 days of training so the person that was doing the training wasn’t equip to train anyone so I took what I good from what she had to offer but now every time I make a mistake she screams at me loudly but if anyone else makes a mistake she politely explains to them what they did wrong and how to fix it.
I came from another store not affiliated with the store I’m now working but my last job I was the Asst. Manager I put all of this on my resume before they hired me and I was on my last job for 8 years.
I’m not coming to the store to take over I never even worked in a place like this before I just want to learn. I just want to be successful at what I do but this lady is trying to make it hard for me.
She have really bad customer service skills her training sucks I even had to give her a few suggestions and she use them but every time I do something it’s a big WRONG WRONG WRONG in front of customers, in front of crew members.
Please can someone tell me why is she doing this, how can I resolve this without losing my job, and sent me some positive energy to ease the tension in the store.
Thanks & Be Blessed

OK lets say I develop a really great game! Please don’t leave comments like “it’s really hard to develop apps like that”, I already know that… Anyways if it has the potential to become a number one app, will it just rise to the top on its own, or is there any secrets to help my gaming app become popular? P.S. I want to release my app on the android market and the app store. Thanks!

So I was wondering if anybody could give me the secret ingrediants that makes all the bitterness of the plant go away and gives it that sweet taste and nice texture with pulp of aloe vera? PLEASE WITH A CHERRY ON TOP!! thanks!

Hi everyone,
This may be long winded but I need as much advice AS POSSIBLE.
I am about 2 months away from finishing uni for good. I studied fine arts (photography major) but have done a number of other things since finishing school, including fashion design and styling (my favourite). I LOVE vintage shopping and always have and have been told I have a good eye for those types of things. I feel like I could own a vintage store and where I live in Sydney there is a very popular area that doesn’t have a vintage clothing shop, therefore I feel there is a niche/gap for one that stocks womens and mens items. I’m 22 years old, and I think I could do it.
The main idea is this: open a vintage boutique, for men and womens clothing and accessories. It would be really nicely setup, have a range of cheaper but GOOD quality items as well as vintage designer stuff (like dior, chanel etc) and would be more like a boutique in that it doesn’t have rack upon rack of clothes that people have to thumb through (as this would be exactly the same as someone going to vinnies or salvation army). I’m wanting to eliminate the searching for good stuff and have all the good quality stuff there for the customer. Also I would have a few one off pieces of my own label.
So I’ve researched the heck out of this and this is what I’ve got so far:
– Business plan
– Budget (for the things that I can immediately think of)
– Cash flow projection
– Business name
– Tons of info
– Positive attitude (but trying to make myself aware of risks as well)
The things I’m wanting to know about, especially with a start up business, is:
– How can i get financing from a bank/lender in Australia where there is no collatoral needed to back up the loan? My parents wouldn’t be able to take out a second mortgage and I would definitely need a loan. I’m thinking between AU$30-50k.
– How much is an accountant and a solicitor and how much would I need to use them etc?
– How much to pay myself to begin with
– How much to pay an employee (as I would have to be out sourcing vintage clothes about 3 days a week)
– How do I pay tax, how often, and how much?
– Should I speak to someone who has done a similar job and knows what is involved, like a business planner or something like that?
– How much would a basic shop fit out cost, as I’d like a lot of the furnishings to be vintage, not all new metallic racks etc.
How much would I be looking at budgeting to get a nice website? How much extra to put an online store on there?
– CAN I DO IT ALONE?
I do not think I’d have trouble maintaining the stock for the store, but I don’t have any accounting experience so would not really know how to keep on top of those sorts of things, like filing everything, knowing which expense goes where, paying staff etc.
Also, any insurance, rent, accounting, legal, TAX, advice that anyone can give me would be AMAZING.
I am a very determined person and feel as though I could do this really well but as I have obviously never owned a business before I need to know exactly what I would be getting myself into.
If anyone has any FIRST HAND experience in opening a store and things that are unexpected costs, I’d like to hear from you, whether your business is successful or failed, any advice is welcome!
Please only serious answers.
Thanks in advance.
