My professor assigned us this thing where we have to come up with an idea for a new channel. here are the details…

“Most cable networks do not attempt to reach a mass audience as the traditional broadcast networks do. Your assignment is to develop a new cable network that will launch nationwide starting in July 2013. IMPORTANT: Your network should NOT offer programming seen on existing networks. Originate your own lineup of shows. Minimum: 3 daytime shows. 3 primetime shows. You don’t have to talk about plotlines and provide character development in describing these shows. Concern yourself with themes or types of programming. Give us titles. You may NOT steal programming, including reruns, from any existing network.
Prepare a 5- to 10-slide PowerPoint presentation of the proposed network. Who is the target audience for this program? A key element of this conceptualization is to identify the network’s TARGET AUDIENCE and potential advertisers for its programming. Get to the point. Highlight only the most interesting aspects of the new network. Entertain us.”

So, I had some ideas…. BUT THERE ALREADY ON AIR! everything i think of is taken. For instance a LGBT channel, a horror channel, a art shopping channel… ect. Thing is that i have never had cable or dish tv, so i have basically no clue of what is already on.
So, any ideas?

The youth has this amazing passion and vision to end any problem that they see in the world. fyi, as a recent graduate I know at least 3 clubs at my college personally who could have used this wonderful service. 1 club was the one I founded and was president of for 2 years. After investing almost $1,500 into them in two years our club had fund raised over $10,500 for a community in Kenya. The other 2 had dissembled because they had no capital to survive and keep kids interested towards the causes they were raising awareness for. I was thinking about starting an adult blog doing some affiliate material and quite a bit of original material don’t I get tons and tons of cell phone pictures from guys all over the world all the time. I wanted to some how mix the pics i recieve in with the affiliate material just to keep new orginal material that competitors wouldnt have in. but i have many questions
1. How is my target audience, I know for a face all the guys in the pics i have are straight males so it could be women but gay is a larger market and they will look any way, Should i do Gay porn affiliate Or straight, I considered doing both but haveing both would probably do more harm than just choosing one. Gay guys not interested in straight porn Women not interested in gay men
2. Would i have to pay the guys? I wouldnt be selling the cell phone pics they would be free content like everything else just there hopeing to attract more traffic
3. Legally am i allowed to post their pictures? the pictures were sent from them to me? do i own the pics?
4. Could You give me an example (url) of a successful adult blog? using affiliate stuff
