I have a D-Link DIR-615 wireless router operating to 802.11n installed in my office. Unfortunately, the signal is very weak in the room and niche where my LG DVD player (with wireless capability) is, making watching streamed Netflix shows on the main TV nearly impossible. Plus, my house is not wired for ethernet, and there’s no easy way to run an ethernet connection from the router to the DVD player. I’ve heard that I could get another router that will act as a repeater, buy a repeater (one Yahoo Answer mentioned a bi-directional Wi-Fi signal amplifier; not sure if it’s the same as a repeater), or perhaps buy a newer router that has longer range. I’d greatly appreciate your ideas on a cost-effective solution. Thanks in advance.

So, I want to buy another gaming laptop. I’m coming off of an Asus G53SW, which was brilliant except for the power pin which kept breaking. Eventually, it got way too frustrating to RMA my laptop so much so I decided to get another one.
My minimum specifications are as follows :
Core i7
8 GB RAM
nVidia 660 or higher
500 GB HDD (I don’t mind not having an SSD)
The laptop must be well built and mustn’t break as easily as the Asus did
It should also not be too heavy because I tend to change workplaces. It doesn’t need to be ultraportable. Just enough to carry it to another building without tiring me out. 14-15 inch laptops are usually fine.
My current choices with all the associated thought processes are as follows :
1. Alienware M14x – It’s small, pretty powerful for its size, is known for really good build quality (and also has a power connector that’d be very hard to break through daily use lol) and, let’s admit, looks really pretty. The problem is that the screen isn’t 1080p, it has a slightly weaker GPU than usual and is kind of pricey.
2. Sager NP9130 – I hadn’t heard of these guys for a long time, and I know they serve a very niche market, which is why I’m slightly unsure about buying from them because I don’t know much about the overall build quality of these laptops. However, they pack a brilliant punch in their laptops.
3. MSi GE60 – This one seems like a really good option too. It’s the cheapest of the lot, and still packs a massive punch in a pretty good package. However, people have raised issues about it’s build quality. It also happens to use the same power connector as the Asus I’m leaving.
Any help and suggestions are welcome! Thanks in advance!

I run various e-commerce websites and I’d like to branch out and have a referral (affiliate) program. I’m from the United States and my affiliates would be from all around the world. I was wondering from a legal and tax standpoint, what information I would be required to gather from my users. Would it be different for those in the USA, opposed to those outside the USA? Would I be required to collect SSN #’s or would there be a way around that?
I tried to do some research on this, but can’t seem to find any information on the matter. Hopefully someone can enlighten me.
Thanks in advance!

I have referred a bunch of people to Alpari UK broker but cannot get their IB affiliate because as I live in the uk they want me to be FSA regulated. I know there are a bunch of sites that offer rebates but do they offer rebates for other people you’ve refered as well or just for yourself?
I cant seem to find an answer so hopefully someone else knows.
Thanks in advance!

Hi guys,
I am moving to Fuzhou, China at the beginning of September and I was wondering if anybody knew of any martial art clubs in the area. I have searched on the internet but I think my lack of Mandarin is thwarting me 🙂
In England I have been learning Muay Thai and BJJ, but I would be happy to find anything to continue with this hobby. E.g. Judo/kickboxing/boxing/Krav Maga – in other words any type of Westernised, mainstream style instead of a niche Chinese martial art. But if there is nothing else, I’ll take it 🙂
Thanks in advance guys, I should really learn to read some Mandarin I guess.
p.s. As a bonus, I don’t suppose anyone knows where I could buy an acoustic-electric guitar in the area for cheap? 😀

Please help me. l have a website and my hosting is running out because am not using it.
Basically, l like to sell different product on my website “like kids toys, digital item, etc..” but l don’t have money now to purchase those item now. So am guessing is there a way l can find a store or website that sell all the item then add it to my website and purchase it for cheaper price then send it to customer.
Does any body think this a good idea?
Or
If there is any manufacturer out there that can permit to me add there product to my website then purchase it from them and earn commission.
The so called affiliate is not working for me. Any advice please, Thanks in advance.
