Affiliate Marketing Secrets

I own a website in a fairly competitive facebook niche. I have titles keywords and meta tags on all the pages of my site. Soon I’m going to hire an expert to handle the rest of the seo such link building etc. The problem is I don’t really know allot about seo, so I don’t really know what to ask for and what area of seo I need help in the most. Do I just need quality related sites linking to mine? What type of white hat techniques are going to be used. I need someone to look and review my website and give me a synopsis on what’s the best way to get my site ranked on the first page of google. I’m a music producer and am trying to find my ‘style’ or niche i guess, i dont know if i should make slow dirty **** like zeds dead, fast dance-y dubstep like skrill, progressive like deadmau5, a style like bass nectar or rusko, you get the idea.
My point is where is dubstep and EDM headed, to be a success you have to stand out, i dont necessarily want to sound like them, but what should my style be? because if it sounds like any other dubstep, i wont go anywhere with it ! Thanks in advance 😀

I have been selling my designs (household products) on my website for the last 3 years. I have had these products made in China in the past but my existing supplier has now ceased trading. I do not wish to continue starting from scratch with another chinese firm and considered closing down business. But I still have a valuable site which has had extensive SEO investment and ranks in the top 5 pages on google for several keywords and we still get decent traffic daily. Rather than let the site go to waste I was considering selling other companies products through an affiliate program which looks like a genuine e-commerce site rather than a ‘trashy pay per click’ link-redirect site which sends people to other companies sites. Does anyone know of a good affiliate scheme that allows businesses to select and choose products and sell whilst using the suppliers e-commerce software or source code to embed into the our website.
Any advice will be much appreciated.

I just joined rap bank (an affiliate program) it looks like a good program. I see a lot of programs that require you to have a blog, niche, or some form of website. I don’t have one nor do i want to deal with making one, does anyone know if i can just post classified ads on craigslist, backpage, etc.. with my affiliate link (it will be a “click here hyperlink”) and still get my commission?

Ok so its getting close to choose what should I study in college, I like Digital Arts like visual effects and 3d, well Digital Arts will take anything from designing a book cover to visual effects in movies.
In the same time I’v started Affiliate marketing which everyone thinks that its easy to make money online but its actually harder that I thought but I’m learning more about it.
So I thought these would be good to choose, now which one do you think should I go with, which one make more money.
