What are affiliates on tumblr? i’ve seen a few people offering to become affiliates but im not really sure what it would entail.

So basically, I’m not affiliated with anyone I know in real life on Tumblr. I used to have two people I know from real life following me, but I blocked them and then changed my URL.
So, would it be fine for me to identify myself as a homosexual publicly on Tumblr? I’m in the closet in real life, and no one knows about my sexuality. However, since no one in real life will be able to see it, should I just identify myself as a homosexual on Tumblr?

With Ann J at age 8, their mother fell ill and over a year she never got better. Because the treatment was so expensive, Ann J’s father sold her as a maid in the underground market when she was 9. She never saw her brother, father, or mother since. Now she’s 18 and serves as a maid to a woman in Seoul. A human who knows of the Night World. Will she ever see her brother again?

I thought Ann J and Sandeul looked a lot alike, and after seeing that Sandeul was a lost witch, then I came up with the perfect plot idea for anyone who wanted to take him up. Because Ann J never knew she was a witch until the woman who she was sold to told her.

I have a niche luxury home photo tumblr blog..
I’ve been getting a lot of followers, but only 20 unique views a day.
I am monetizing it, and have ads. But with 20 unique views a day, I’m not gonna get much money.
I post original stuff, and it all has thousands of notes with me as the source – so that’s why I’m getting new followers, etc. All of my views come from “word of mouth” kind of.
how can I get it to show up in search engines, etc? I think I have a success, I just need to get it in google. I’ve submitted it, too.

basically i want to be tumblr famous, and i feel like a good way to do that is to have a funny, specific niche. (like blogs ike ‘white girl problems” or “ways to annoy people” or “dirty bieber secrets”) you know, blogs that only post about specific topics and specific themes…
so i was wondering, any good theme ideas? just something simple that a lot of posts could be made about and could be funny?

I know a bit about it like…write what you know,(find your niche), they are simple and sometimes free to set up (Blogger, Tumblr, ectr) ,you can make money thru advertising like AdSense, AdGenta, Text Link Ads or thru affiliate programs , Im not going to get rich overnight or maybe never , it can take alot of work to be successful
What Im looking for is a website that can teach me the basics for beginners, I googled ” blogging for beginners free” and was OVERWHELMED by the number of responses. So.can anyone recommend a beginner friendly website that teaches step by step tutorial style for blogging?
