I was at Kroger’s today to pick up Pepsi 2-liters which was on sale at Meijer’s 10 for $10 w/the 11th free. The clerk said sorry Kroger’s doesn’t price match. I walked out & went to Walmart whom I hate (but they do price match) & got what all I had originally put in my cart at Kroger’s.

Does anyone know if you get paid if for example, someone clicks your link to the Walmart site, but they don’t purchase the product that you have linked too, they purchase something else instead. Do you still get commission like on amazon?

On the Walmart website it’s $8.98 for a 42oz (2.625lbs) pack, that’s $3.42/lb how come it costs so much more to buy in bulk from Nuts.com? Aren’t they the same thing?http://www.walmart.com/ip/M-M-S-PEANUT-4…http://www.nuts.com/chocolatessweets/old…
My understanding is that Nuts.com represents a specific manufacturer, owning the US factories which produce the products they make. I know they say “everything from Walmart is Made in China” but surely not the food. I imagine that Walmart gets their nut products from factories in the US like the factories represented by Nuts.com who get their nuts from the same farms here in the US. So, since Nuts.com is bulk directly from the factory who gets their nuts from US farms and Walmart gets theirs from other US factories which get theirs from the same US farms, how is it possible that it costs more from Nuts.com? Or does Walmart just buy in super bulk options that we aren’t given at Nuts.com? And if Walmart does import their food products from China, WTF?
I emailed Nuts.com for an official quote, but received this reply:

Hello,
Thanks for contacting us. We are not affiliated with Walmart, so our prices may differ.

I replied with a more detailed, specific, and direct question. And received this reply:

Hi Pal,
I’m not sure where Walmart gets their supply from. I can, however, tell you where our supply is from if you tell me the specific products you are looking for. Our products come from all around the world.

To which I replied:

My initial “testimonial” was made out to the Peanut M&Ms product, and I mentioned Peanut M&Ms 3 times in my last message. Thank you for your quick reply.
Sincerely,

Hi Pal,
Thank you for specifying. The peanut m&ms are from the US.

So Nuts.com officially states that their Peanut M&Ms definitely do come from the USA. But where does Walmart get their Peanut M&Ms? Are they Chinese M&Ms or do they actually come from the same place?

This is illegal under U.S. law. Are corporations, like Walmart, too big to exist?

We as the manufacturer of product X, require our distributors to sell our product at our list price – neither higher nor lower. Is this common practice? Is this considered price fixing?
We only have a couple distributors and our product is in a very niche market. Product is sold mostly B2B sales.
I recently read that Walmart is reducing the price of Ipad and Iphones and I thought all the retailers were supposed to sell at the same price. Is it illegal if say Apple required Walmart and BestBuy to sell Ipads at an exact price?

He bought the Nexus 7 at Walmart and, after he bought it the price went down. He bought a Sony Bravia TV from Walmart two years ago and, after he bought the TV the price went down so he took the receipt to Walmart and, they gave him the difference we had the TV almost a month before taking the receipt to Walmart. I called them today about a reimbursement they said that after seven days after purchasing the item that they can not reimburse the money because, it has been twenty four days. My boyfriend called Google and, some other places that the Nexus 7 is affiliated to one person said if he had bought it from the play store that the play store would have reimbursed him.
