Affiliate Marketing Secrets

Hi I am wanting to start my own blog/podcast/website … i have poured money into equipment and making a website but now Im stuck .. I dont know where to start. What are things I should talk about? I just want to know any suggestions of things that people enjoy hearing about or listening to. Maybe some good ice breakers or suggestions on how to get people to be on my podcast maybe via skype or any other sources would be EXTREMELY helpful! Ill shout-out my helpers when I get this rolling! My boss/dance director wants to meet with me tomorrow, and I am incredibly nervous. I am guessing she wants to talk about the dance classes that I may possibly teach this summer. She is not the easiest to talk to, and like last time, I am afraid of the pressure she is going to put on me to teach too many classes, and I do not have that much of a free summer. So, first question: how should I handle it if she puts to much pressure on me? I do not want to quit, I have been affiliated with this business a long time and they are family to me. Second question, how can I relax and stop being so anxious?
